When would you use a PDF format for your Newsletter? PDF Print E-mail

The PDF format for a newsletter is not that common. But if you are going to be using a lot of graphics or want to give your newsletter a trendy look, PDF is the format for you.

However, PDF newsletters are more difficult to create since you need to write and format in Microsoft Word, and then convert your newsletter into PDF with a special program.

If after careful consideration you decide that a PDF format is the format you want for your newsletter.  The next step is deciding which newsletter producing software program you want. Today there are many free PDF creation software’s available. The best one I have found so far and is comparable to Adobe Acrobat software is called PrimoPDF and you can download it for free here: PrimoPDF .

Instead of sending your PDF newsletter in an email, a better solution is to post it on your website and send out an email with a link telling everyone they can go to your site and read or download it. This solves any problems that can occur when you send an attachment in an email.
