It happens all the time in organizations, a policy is changed and emails are sent throughout the company. Those employees who do not have regular access to email are at the mercy of their supervisors to fill them in on the policy change.

 

Well, as it happens frequently that some employees do not receive the information, a company newsletter might solve that particular problem. An employee who is able to read the policy change will be much more receptive to the change. The actual change and the reasons behind it can be explained as it is intended in the company newsletter. Hearing the news second hand leaves a lot of room for misinterpretation and bad feelings. Eliminate those bad feelings among employees through the company newsletter.
